Radiant Girls learn to trust the process, even though it may be scary, the leaders are there to support you.
Radiant Girls support each other
Our creative space encourages self expression as well as self reflection. Art is utilized as a powerful tool at the retreat for both guided and free-form lessons.
Radiant Girls are present in all that they do, even the simple act of sitting.
We learn about ourselves when we connect with others and consider different perspectives.
We learned the balance of both giving and receiving. We find supporting others also allows for personal success.
Radiant Girls learn that when they work together they can be a powerful force to do good in the world. Here team "Inner Beauty" repurposes an old wheel borrow into a beautiful planter to donate to 'Iwalani's Healing Garden.
The girls identify reoccurring issues they want to work through. Using role-play and a conflict resolution labyrinth the girls learn a process of solving their own problems and taking responsibility for what they have power over; themselves.
Our conscience eating workshop encourages the girls to eat with all their senses...except sight! We promote a healthy relationship with food and provide wholesome, organic, GMO-free meals.
Radiant Girls experience guided visualizations by our Mindfulness Instructor, Mary Burgess, to empower them to embrace their highest unique potential.
On the last day of the retreat, families participate in a Radiant Girl Celebration where they warmly receive their girls after their transformative experience. The girls love to share all that they learned and created as they walk their families around the retreat center.
The girls celebrate their completion of the Radiant Girls Retreat.
