Do you have a strong desire to share your gifts and knowledge with our Radiant Girls? We believe in offering our girls an opportunity to be exposed to positive role models who will ignite their passions, answer their questions and empower them to be them to shine their brilliance unto the world. We are so thankful to our volunteers.
Matilda is the founder of Women's Yoga in America, a practice that originates in Sweden, where she is from. Her passion is to inspire women and girls to treat themselves with compassion, respect and love, and the practice of Women's Yoga is one way she does that.
From her Women's Yoga she has created an appropriate version called Girls Yoga. The essence of Girl's Yoga is to relax and nourish both body and spirit. Matilida offers a Relax Workshop for the 2016 Radiant Girl Retreat. The workshop includes different practical techniques for calming the nervous system, a session of Girl's Yoga, exploring meditation in a simple, fun way and how to practice self care and self love, as well as showing care and love for each other.

Miranda has always had a love for dance and music and always knew that a desk job was not for her! For the last 13 years, Miranda has been a personal trainer and taught jazz, hip hop, Body Jam, Zumba and GROOVE in Melbourne, Mexico, Chicago, Miami and now in Hawaii.
Miranda brings GROOVE to our 2016 Radiant Girls Retreat. Groove is a transformative way of moving your body the way it wants to move, in a fun, energetic, easy way- to the most amazing and original music you've ever heard. It's based on loving your body, not competition, or doing what someone else does. Miranda is now the Australian Master Trainer for GROOVE. Miranda loves teaching GROOVE because it is aimed at building community through movement.
Miranda also teaches kids and adult classes and GROOVE facilitator courses locally and internationally. Miranda runs a kids hip hop school, where she teachers kids to be comfortable with their natural movement. She believes that her contribution to society is to help build community by facilitating feel good dance around the world!
