Our daily schedule is a balance of activities that will nourish the mind, body and spirit. We have fun mindfulness activities, introspective art lessons (both guided and free form), various yoga styles, energizing games, and time to relax and connect with nature.

This retreat not only gets you balanced and centered, we also have a lot of fun!

At the heart of our retreat is our Empowerment Workshop where girls engage in self-inquiry, explore possibilities, and chart their unique course. Our passionate leaders serve as mentors as we get into complicated topics and role-play, plan, and prepare for times when the girls may need to compassionately communicate or firmly stand their ground. Through visualizations, creating dream boards, and conquering the "critic" within, Radiant Girls come away with a new mindset that will empower them to reach their unique and highest potential.

  • For girls entering 5th-8th grade
  • 5 days and 4 nights
  • June 27-July 1 at Camp Palehua (Old Camp Timberline) on the mountain top of Makakilo, Oahu, Hawaii

Radiant Girl Meet Up at the Kahumana Farm Festival

  • Kahumana

Calling all Radiant Families!!!!

We want to invite you to join us on May 21st to the Kahumana Farm Festival. A free family event that everyone will enjoy.

Last year they had 58 vendors, 9 bands including Mike Love and the Ka'ala Boys. There were multiple workshops such as seed saving and beekeeping. There was also yoga, message, and all types of cool local artisans and amazing food. There was a keiki area with lots of fun things for the kids to do like arts and crafts, jumpers, and hanging out with free range chickens and goats. For some, the highlight was the Seed & Plant exchange with over 500 seeds and plants given away. However, if you are interested in the plant exchange you definitely want to get there early.

The farm itself is beautifully nestled in Lualualei valley in Waianae. The grounds are truly unique with European architecture and beautiful gardens. Be sure to explore when you get there! The festival is from 11:30-6:30 and parking is also free.

Here comes the important part...
Radiant Girl Meet Up!!!

We will have a special meet up from 1:00-2:30 by the Raphael House. Don't worry if you are running a late, we'll be waiting for you! Do bring a blanket for your family to sit on, but if you forget, no worries. I will bring some extra.

The theme for this meet up is mandalas- a resource we utilize in our retreats to teach focus, unity, diversity, and attunement. We will create, we will play, we will laugh, we will connect.

This meet up is also a great opportunity to welcome new Radiant Girl sisters into our tribe and to get to know everyone a little better.

The whole family is invited to join us, and bring your friends. As you know, we are all about community.

The fabulous Mama T with her new restaurant Ital Kitchen will be catering our retreat this year, and she will be bringing some yummy treats for us to enjoy as well.

I look forward to shining with you!!!!!
